First and foremost, from all of the BROWNDOG family we hope everyone is staying healthy and optimistic. Now more than ever we need to come together as a community so we can navigate through these difficult times together.

As many of you have heard the Governor has ordered all bars, restaurants, and other dining establishments in Michigan to close operations for everything other than pick-up and delivery. We know this decision, while necessary, is going to impact the lives of many people and families, including our staff. We also know that ice cream and food can provide comfort and normalcy during these difficult times. While we may not be able to share these dining experiences out in groups we can still share in these moments with family at home.

Here is how we have decided to move forward in these unprecedented times. Of course, sanitation has been increased even more than our normal standards and we are practicing social distancing to #flattenthecurve. As we are always closed on Mondays, our team has taken this time to make changes to our website which will allow for easy ordering for all of our patrons. We will reopen tomorrow (Tuesday, 3/17) for pick-up and delivery starting at 4:00 at both our Northville and Farmington locations. Please stay tuned tomorrow for full details. We have also ramped up pint production of our craft ice cream for easy pick-up or delivery to enjoy at home.

We are doing everything we can to protect the safety of the community, our loyal fans, and staff, while also keeping our BROWNDOG family together. We’d like to thank you all for the phone calls of support that we’ve been receiving. We think of all of you as our extended family and the outpouring of support for our BROWNDOG team has been truly humbling and encouraging. We believe that if we can all stay strong and optimistic we can all make it through this together.
